The company is represented by Quentin Naidoo who has almost 20 years’ experience in the Chemical and Metallurgical fields. He has the following qualifications that support the business: ND Analytical Chemistry (ML Sultan), Post Graduate Diploma Business Management (Univ. Natal), MBA(UKZN) 

 Quentin Naidoo has been involved in setting up and running a production laboratory for Exarro Sands, this included an automated laboratory. He thereafter was instrumental in setting up a Refinery for the Processing of Tantalite Ore (Tantalite Resources). He also managed the research that developed a new product that led to the expansion of the plant. He also ran a mining pilot plant in Mozambique to establish the feasibility of a mining project. Recently he was Lab Manager of a commercial laboratory (Set Point Laboratories) that specialises in PGM, Gold and Water analysis.
